Microchip Technology's MIC5330-SRYML-TR is a dual-output linear voltage regulator, offering fixed outputs of 3.2V and 3.3V. Each regulator reliably supplies up to 300mA of output current with a low dropout voltage of 0.2V at 300mA. This device features enable control for flexible power management and low quiescent current of 120 µA. Protection mechanisms include over-current and over-temperature shutdown. With a PSRR of 70dB to 65dB across the 1kHz to 20kHz range, it provides excellent noise rejection. The 8-MLF® (2x2) package facilitates efficient surface mounting.
