The Microchip Technology MIC5330-SOYML-TR is a dual-output, low-dropout linear voltage regulator. This device provides two fixed positive output voltages, 2.9V and 3.3V, each capable of delivering up to 300mA. With a typical quiescent current of 120µA and a maximum input voltage of 5.5V, it is suitable for power-sensitive applications. The voltage dropout is minimal, specified at 0.2V at 300mA for both outputs. Protection features include over-current and over-temperature shutdowns. The regulator exhibits excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) performance, ranging from 70dB to 65dB across the 1kHz to 20kHz frequency range. It is supplied in an 8-MLF® (2x2) package for surface mounting and is delivered on a tape and reel (TR). Typical applications include portable electronics and battery-powered devices.
