Microchip Technology's MIC5330-PNYML-TR is a dual-output, low dropout linear voltage regulator. This component provides fixed 2.85V and 3V outputs, each capable of sourcing up to 300mA. Designed for efficiency, it features a quiescent current of 120 µA and a maximum input supply current of 200 µA. The dropout voltage is a mere 0.2V at the maximum output current for both regulators. The MIC5330-PNYML-TR includes an enable pin for control and offers protection against over current and over temperature conditions. Its power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) is rated between 65dB and 70dB across the 1kHz to 20kHz frequency range. Packaged in an 8-MLF® (2x2) surface-mount configuration and supplied on tape and reel (TR), this regulator is suitable for applications in consumer electronics, industrial control, and portable devices where compact size and stable power delivery are critical. Its input voltage range extends up to 5.5V.
