Microchip Technology's MIC5330-PNYML-TR is a dual-output, low dropout linear voltage regulator. This component provides fixed 2.85V and 3V outputs, each capable of sourcing up to 300mA. Designed for efficiency, it features a quiescent current of 120 µA and a maximum input supply current of 200 µA. The dropout voltage is a mere 0.2V at the maximum output current for both regulators.
The MIC5330-PNYML-TR includes an enable pin for control and offers protection against over current and over temperature conditions.
