Microchip Technology MIC5330-PMYML-TR is a dual-output, low quiescent current linear voltage regulator. This device provides two fixed positive voltage outputs, 2.8V and 3V, each capable of delivering up to 300mA of current. With a maximum input voltage of 5.5V and a low dropout voltage of 0.2V at 300mA, it is well-suited for battery-powered applications. The dual outputs share a low quiescent current of 120 µA. Features include an enable pin for power sequencing and integrated overcurrent and overtemperature protection. The regulator exhibits excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 70dB to 65dB across the 1kHz to 20kHz frequency range. The 8-MLF® (2x2) package with exposed pad facilitates efficient heat dissipation during surface mount assembly. This component finds application in portable electronics, consumer devices, and industrial control systems.
