Microchip Technology's MIC5330-PKYML-TR is a dual-output positive fixed linear voltage regulator. This highly efficient device provides 300mA per output with a low quiescent current of 120 µA. Featuring a compact 8-MLF® (2x2) package, it offers excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of up to 70dB at 1kHz. The regulator includes overcurrent and overtemperature protection for robust operation. Ideal for battery-powered applications and portable electronics, its dual fixed outputs of 2.6V and 3V are supplied in a tape and reel format. The input voltage range extends up to 5.5V, with a low dropout voltage of 0.2V at 300mA for each output.
