Microchip Technology's MIC5330-OOYML-TR is a dual output, low quiescent current, fixed 2.9V linear voltage regulator. This 8-MLF® (2x2) packaged device provides 300mA output current from each of its positive fixed outputs. With a typical quiescent current of 120 µA and a maximum input voltage of 5.5V, it is suitable for battery-powered applications. The regulator features a low dropout voltage of 0.2V at 300mA and includes overcurrent and overtemperature protection. Its high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of up to 70dB at 1kHz makes it effective in noise-sensitive designs. The device is supplied in a tape and reel (TR) package for automated assembly. Applications span across consumer electronics, portable devices, and industrial control systems.
