Microchip Technology's MIC5330-OFYML-TR is a dual-output, low-noise, fixed voltage linear regulator. This device delivers 300mA from each output with a low dropout voltage of 0.2V at 300mA. Featuring independent enable controls for each output, it includes over-current and over-temperature protection. The quiescent current is a mere 120 µA, with a supply current of 200 µA maximum. Designed for power-sensitive applications, this regulator supports a 5.5V input and provides stable 1.5V and 2.9V outputs. Its high Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of 70dB to 65dB across the 1kHz to 20kHz range makes it suitable for noise-sensitive circuitry. The 8-MLF® (2x2) package with an exposed pad facilitates efficient thermal management. This component is commonly utilized in portable electronics, battery-powered devices, and telecommunications infrastructure. Packaging is supplied on tape and reel (TR).
