Microchip Technology MIC5330-NDYML-TR is a dual output, fixed voltage linear regulator designed for efficient power management. This device provides two independent positive output voltages, 1.85V and 2.85V, each capable of sourcing up to 300mA. The regulator exhibits a low dropout voltage of 0.2V at its maximum output current, ensuring efficient operation even with minimal headroom. It features an enable pin for power sequencing and control. With a quiescent current of 120 µA and a supply current of 200 µA (max), it is suitable for battery-powered applications. Protection features include over-current and over-temperature shutdown. The regulator offers excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) ranging from 70dB to 65dB across the 1kHz to 20kHz frequency spectrum.
