Microchip Technology MIC5330-MKYML-TR is a dual, low quiescent current, fixed output linear voltage regulator. This device offers two independent output voltages, 2.6V and 2.8V, each capable of supplying up to 300mA. Designed for efficiency, it features a low quiescent current of 120 µA and a typical voltage dropout of just 0.2V at 300mA. The MIC5330-MKYML-TR operates from an input voltage range of up to 5.5V and includes overcurrent and overtemperature protection.
