Microchip Technology's MIC5321-SSYMT-TR is a dual-output, low-dropout linear voltage regulator. This device provides two fixed 3.3V outputs, each capable of delivering 150mA. The low quiescent current of 190 µA makes it suitable for power-sensitive applications. Featuring a voltage dropout of only 0.1V at 150mA for each output, it maximizes efficiency. Protection features include over-current and over-temperature shutdown. The regulator offers excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) performance, ranging from 75dB at 1kHz down to 45dB at 20kHz. It is supplied in a compact 6-TMLF® (1.6x1.6) surface-mount package on tape and reel. This component finds application in portable electronics, industrial control, and automotive systems.
