Microchip Technology's MIC5321-SRYMT-TR is a dual-output fixed linear voltage regulator. This device provides two independent positive output voltages, 3.2V and 3.3V, each capable of sourcing up to 150mA. The low dropout voltage, typically 100mV at 150mA, is ideal for battery-powered applications. Featuring an enable pin for power sequencing and shutdown control, the MIC5321-SRYMT-TR also includes over-current and over-temperature protection mechanisms.
