Microchip Technology's MIC5321-SJYML-TR is a dual-output, fixed linear voltage regulator designed for applications requiring efficient power delivery. This device provides two independent positive fixed outputs, 2.5V and 3.3V, each capable of supplying up to 150mA. With a low quiescent current of 190 µA and a maximum input voltage of 5.5V, it minimizes power consumption. The regulator features a low dropout voltage of only 0.1V at 150mA for both outputs, enabling operation with minimal voltage headroom.
