The Microchip Technology MIC5321-OOYMT-TR is a dual-output, fixed 2.9V linear voltage regulator. Each output provides a continuous current of 150mA, with a low dropout voltage of 0.1V at the full load. This device features an enable pin for power sequencing and protection against over-current and over-temperature conditions. With a quiescent current of 190 µA, it is suitable for power-sensitive applications. The regulator operates from an input voltage range up to 5.5V and offers high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 75dB to 45dB across the 1kHz to 20kHz frequency spectrum. Supplied in a compact 6-TMLF® (1.6x1.6) package on tape and reel, the MIC5321-OOYMT-TR finds application in portable electronics and other low-power systems requiring stable voltage regulation.
