Microchip Technology MIC5321-OGYMT-TR is a dual-output, low-dropout linear voltage regulator. This device provides two fixed positive outputs of 1.8V and 2.9V, each capable of sourcing up to 150mA. Designed for surface-mount applications, it is supplied in a compact 6-TMLF® (1.6x1.6) package. The regulator features an enable pin for power sequencing and offers robust protection against over-current and over-temperature conditions. With a low quiescent current of 190 µA and excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) ranging from 75dB to 45dB across the 1kHz to 20kHz spectrum, the MIC5321 is suitable for battery-powered devices, portable electronics, and various industrial control systems requiring efficient and stable power delivery. The voltage dropout is minimal, at just 0.1V for each output at the maximum load current.
