The Microchip Technology MIC5321-NKYMT-TR is a dual-output, low-noise, low-dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator. This device provides two fixed positive outputs of 2.6V and 2.85V, each capable of delivering 150mA. Featuring a low quiescent current of 190 µA, it is suitable for power-sensitive applications. The regulator offers excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) performance, with values ranging from 75dB at 1kHz to 45dB at 20kHz. Integrated protection features include over-current and over-temperature shutdown. The MIC5321-NKYMT-TR is housed in a compact 6-TMLF® (1.6x1.6) package for surface mounting and is supplied on tape and reel.
