Microchip Technology's MIC5321-MKYMT-TR is a dual, fixed output linear voltage regulator. This device provides two independent positive fixed outputs, each capable of delivering 150mA of current with a low dropout voltage of 0.1V at the maximum output current. The regulator features a quiescent current of 190 µA, making it suitable for power-sensitive applications. Protection features include over-current and over-temperature shutdown. The MIC5321-MKYMT-TR offers excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) performance, ranging from 75dB at 1kHz to 45dB at 20kHz. It is supplied in a compact 6-TMLF® (1.6x1.6) package, ideal for surface-mount applications in automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics. The input voltage range extends up to 5.5V.
