The Microchip Technology MIC5321-MGYMT-TR is a dual-output, low-noise, 150mA linear voltage regulator. This device features fixed outputs of 1.8V and 2.8V, each capable of delivering 150mA with a typical dropout voltage of 0.1V at full load. With a quiescent current of 190 µA, it is suitable for power-sensitive applications. The regulator offers an input voltage range up to 5.5V and includes over-current and over-temperature protection.
