The Microchip Technology MIC5321-LLYMT-TR is a dual, low-noise, low-dropout linear voltage regulator. This device provides two fixed 2.7V outputs, each capable of delivering up to 150mA. With a typical quiescent current of 190µA and a low dropout voltage of just 0.1V at 150mA, it is well-suited for power-sensitive applications. The regulator features enable pins for independent control of each output and includes over-current and over-temperature protection. Its high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 75dB at 1kHz minimizes power supply noise. Packaged in a compact 6-TMLF® (1.6x1.6) surface-mount package and supplied on tape and reel, the MIC5321 is ideal for use in battery-powered devices, portable electronics, and point-of-load regulation.
