This Microchip Technology MIC5321-LLYD6-TR is a dual, fixed 2.7V output linear voltage regulator IC. Each output is capable of delivering up to 150mA with a low dropout voltage of only 0.1V at 150mA. The device operates from an input voltage range of up to 5.5V and features an enable pin for power sequencing. Quiescent current is rated at 190 µA. Protection features include over current and over temperature shutdown. The regulator offers excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) performance, ranging from 75dB at 1kHz to 45dB at 20kHz.
