Microchip Technology MIC5321-KDYMT-TR is a dual-output, low-dropout linear voltage regulator. This device provides two fixed positive outputs of 1.85V and 2.6V, each capable of delivering up to 150mA. The quiescent current is 190µA, and it features an enable pin for power sequencing. The voltage dropout is a low 0.1V at maximum output current for both rails. Protection features include over-current and over-temperature shutdown. The regulator offers excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) ranging from 75dB at 1kHz to 45dB at 20kHz. It is supplied in a compact 6-TMLF® (1.6x1.6) package suitable for surface mounting.
