Microchip Technology MIC5321-JGYMT-TR is a dual output, low dropout linear voltage regulator. This device provides two fixed positive voltage outputs, 1.8V and 2.5V, each capable of delivering up to 150mA. The regulator features a low quiescent current of 190 µA and dropout voltages of only 0.1V at the maximum output current for both outputs. It includes an enable pin for power sequencing and protection features such as over-current and over-temperature shutdown. With a wide input voltage range up to 5.5V and excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) performance, this component is suitable for applications in consumer electronics, portable devices, and power management systems. The 6-TMLF® (1.6x1.6) package and tape and reel packaging facilitate surface mount assembly.
