Microchip Technology's MIC5321-GWYMT-TR is a dual-output, low quiescent current, fixed voltage linear regulator. This device provides two independent, regulated outputs, each capable of delivering up to 150mA. The output voltages are factory-set at 1.6V and 1.8V. With a maximum input voltage of 5.5V and a low dropout voltage of only 0.1V at 150mA for both outputs, it is suitable for power-sensitive applications. The regulator features an enable pin for power sequencing and shutdown capabilities. Protection mechanisms include over-current and over-temperature shutdown. The device exhibits excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) ranging from 75dB at 1kHz to 45dB at 20kHz. Packaged in a compact 6-TMLF® (1.6x1.6) footprint, the MIC5321-GWYMT-TR is ideal for use in battery-powered devices, portable electronics, and consumer goods.
