Microchip Technology's MIC5320-SNYMT-TR is a dual, low-noise, low-dropout linear voltage regulator. This device provides two independent, fixed positive outputs of 2.85V and 3.3V, each capable of delivering up to 150mA. The ultralow quiescent current of 120 µA (typical) and a supply current of 190 µA (maximum) make it suitable for power-sensitive applications.
