The Microchip Technology MIC5320-SMYMT-TR is a dual-output, low-noise, 150mA LDO linear voltage regulator. This device features fixed output voltages of 2.8V and 3.3V, each capable of delivering 150mA. The regulator offers a low quiescent current of 120 µA and a dropout voltage of only 0.1V at 150mA.
