Microchip Technology MIC5320-SMYML-TR is a dual-output, fixed linear voltage regulator. This device provides two independent positive voltage outputs, configurable as 2.8V and 3.3V, each capable of delivering 150mA. The low dropout voltage, specified at 100mV at 150mA for both outputs, makes it suitable for power-sensitive applications. It features an enable pin for power management and protection against over-current and over-temperature conditions.
