The Microchip Technology MIC5320-PMYMT-TR is a dual-output, low-dropout linear voltage regulator. This device provides two fixed positive outputs, 2.8V and 3V, each capable of delivering up to 150mA. With a maximum input voltage of 5.5V, the MIC5320-PMYMT-TR offers excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) performance, ranging from 65dB to 45dB across the 1kHz to 20kHz frequency range. It features an enable pin for control and protection against over-current and over-temperature conditions. The quiescent current (Iq) is 120 µA, with a maximum supply current of 190 µA. The dropout voltage is a mere 0.1V at the full 150mA output current for both channels.
