The Microchip Technology MIC5320-MKYMT-TR is a dual-output, low-dropout linear regulator designed for efficient power delivery. This device provides two fixed positive output voltages, 2.6V and 2.8V, each capable of supplying up to 150mA continuous current. With a low quiescent current of 120 µA and a maximum input voltage of 5.5V, it is suitable for battery-powered applications. The voltage dropout is exceptionally low at 0.1V for both outputs at maximum load, minimizing power loss. Featuring a 6-TMLF® (1.6x1.6) package, the MIC5320-MKYMT-TR offers a compact footprint for surface-mount applications. Integrated protection features include over-current and over-temperature shutdown. The regulator also includes an enable pin for power sequencing. Its high Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of 65dB to 45dB across the 1kHz to 20kHz range ensures clean output voltage even with noisy input sources, making it ideal for use in portable electronics, consumer devices, and industrial control systems. The component is supplied on tape and reel (TR).
