Microchip Technology's MIC5320-LLYD6-TR is a dual, fixed 2.7V output linear voltage regulator. Each output provides up to 150mA of current with a low dropout voltage of 0.1V at 150mA. This device features enable pins for individual output control and offers excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) performance, ranging from 65dB at 1kHz to 45dB at 20kHz. Protection features include overcurrent and overtemperature shutdown.
