Microchip Technology MIC5320-KGYML-TR is a dual-output, low-noise, high-performance linear voltage regulator. This device provides fixed 1.8V and 2.6V outputs, each capable of supplying up to 150mA. With a low quiescent current of 120 µA and an input voltage range up to 5.5V, it is well-suited for power-sensitive applications. The regulator features a low dropout voltage of only 0.1V at maximum output current, enhancing efficiency. Protection mechanisms include over-current and over-temperature shutdown. The high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 65dB to 45dB across the 1kHz to 20kHz frequency range ensures clean power delivery.
