The Microchip Technology MIC5320-GWYMT-TR is a dual-output, fixed-voltage linear regulator designed for applications requiring efficient power management. This device provides two independent positive voltage outputs, each capable of delivering 150mA with a low dropout voltage of only 0.1V at full load. Featuring a quiescent current of 120 µA and a maximum supply current of 190 µA, it is suitable for battery-powered systems. The regulator offers robust protection with over-current and over-temperature shutdown capabilities. Its excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 65dB to 45dB across the 1kHz to 20kHz range ensures clean power delivery.
