Microchip Technology's MIC5319-2-5BML-TR is a fixed 2.5V linear voltage regulator IC capable of delivering 500mA output current. This single-output device features an ultra-low quiescent current of 150 µA and a low dropout voltage of 0.4V at 500mA. The regulator operates from an input voltage range up to 5.5V and includes overcurrent and overtemperature protection.
