Microchip Technology MIC5319-1-5YML-TR is a fixed 1.5V positive linear voltage regulator. This device delivers a stable 500mA output current with low quiescent current of 150 µA. It features an enable pin for power management and protection circuitry including over-current and over-temperature shutdown. The regulator boasts a high Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of 70dB to 60dB across the 1kHz to 10kHz range, suitable for noise-sensitive applications. Designed for surface mount, it is supplied in a compact 6-TMLF® (2x2) package. This component finds application in automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics where reliable power delivery is critical. The input voltage range extends up to 5.5V.
