Microchip Technology MIC5319-1-5YML-TR is a fixed 1.5V positive linear voltage regulator. This device delivers a stable 500mA output current with low quiescent current of 150 µA. It features an enable pin for power management and protection circuitry including over-current and over-temperature shutdown.
