The Microchip Technology MIC5314-FCYMT-TR is a dual output, low dropout linear voltage regulator. This device provides two fixed positive outputs, 1V and 1.5V, each capable of sourcing up to 300mA. With a maximum input voltage of 5.5V, the MIC5314-FCYMT-TR offers a low quiescent current of 12µA. Protection features include over-current and over-temperature shutdown. The regulator exhibits excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) ranging from 65dB at 1kHz to 40dB at 20kHz. It is supplied in a 12-TMLF® (2.5x2.5) package, suitable for surface mounting.
