Microchip Technology's MIC5312-GMBML-TR is a dual-output, low-dropout linear voltage regulator. This component provides two fixed positive voltage outputs of 1.8V and 2.8V, each capable of supplying up to 300mA of current. Designed for surface mount applications, it is supplied in a compact 10-MLF® (3x3) package on tape and reel. Key features include an enable pin, power-on reset, and protection against over-current and over-temperature conditions. The quiescent current is a low 50 µA. The device offers excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) performance, ranging from 65dB to 35dB across the 1kHz to 20kHz frequency spectrum. Maximum input voltage is 5.5V. Typical dropout voltage is 0.24V at the maximum output current for both channels. This regulator finds application in consumer electronics and industrial control systems.
