Microchip Technology MIC5311-GMBML-TR is a dual-output, fixed linear voltage regulator IC. This component delivers 300mA output current from each of its two positive fixed voltage rails: 1.8V and 2.8V. Engineered for efficiency, it features a low quiescent current of 50 µA. The device operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and accepts an input voltage up to 5.5V. Key protection features include over-current and over-temperature shutdown. With a Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) ranging from 65dB at 1kHz to 35dB at 20kHz, it provides effective noise filtering. The regulator offers a low dropout voltage of 0.24V at its maximum output current of 300mA for both outputs.
