Microchip Technology MIC5310-SRYML-TR is a dual output, fixed linear voltage regulator. This 8-MLF® (2x2) package device provides two independent positive fixed outputs, 3.2V and 3.3V, each capable of delivering 150mA. The low dropout voltage, 0.1V at 150mA for both outputs, facilitates efficient power management. Key features include an enable pin for control, over-current and over-temperature protection, and a quiescent current of 120 µA. With a maximum input voltage of 5.5V and high Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of 70dB to 65dB across the 1kHz to 20kHz range, this regulator is suitable for applications in consumer electronics, industrial control, and portable devices.
