Microchip Technology’s MIC5310-SMYML-TR is a dual-output, fixed-voltage linear regulator. This device delivers 150mA from each of its two positive output rails, with a low dropout voltage of just 0.1V at the maximum rated current. It features configurable output voltages of 2.8V and 3.3V, controlled via an enable pin. The regulator boasts a quiescent current of 120 µA and a supply current of 190 µA (maximum). Protection features include overcurrent and overtemperature shutdown. With a PSRR of up to 70 dB at 1 kHz, it is suitable for noise-sensitive applications. The 8-MLF® (2x2) package with exposed pad facilitates efficient thermal management. Applications include portable electronics, power management for battery-operated devices, and automotive systems.
