Microchip Technology MIC5310-SKYML-TR is a dual-output, fixed linear voltage regulator designed for efficient power management. This 8-MLF® (2x2) packaged device provides two independent positive fixed outputs, each capable of delivering up to 150mA. Featuring a low dropout voltage of only 0.1V at 150mA, it ensures minimal power loss. The device offers robust protection with overcurrent and overtemperature shutdown capabilities. With a quiescent current of 120 µA and a supply current of 190 µA (max), it is suitable for battery-powered applications. The regulator boasts a high Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of 70dB to 65dB across the 1kHz to 20kHz frequency range, minimizing noise from the input supply. The MIC5310-SKYML-TR finds application in various consumer electronics, portable devices, and communications infrastructure. It operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and has an input voltage range up to 5.5V.
