The Microchip Technology MIC5310-PMYML-TR is a dual-output, low-dropout linear voltage regulator. This component provides two fixed positive output voltages, 2.8V and 3V, each capable of delivering up to 150mA. The device features a low quiescent current of 120 µA and a maximum input voltage of 5.5V. Protection features include over-current and over-temperature shutdown. With a typical voltage dropout of just 0.1V at 150mA for both outputs, it is suitable for power-sensitive applications. The regulator exhibits excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) ranging from 70dB to 65dB across the 1kHz to 20kHz frequency range.
