Microchip Technology MIC5310-PKYML-TR is a dual-output, fixed, positive linear voltage regulator. This device delivers 150mA from each of its two outputs, with fixed voltage levels of 2.6V and 3V. It features low quiescent current of 120 µA and a low dropout voltage of 0.1V at 150mA for both outputs. The MIC5310-PKYML-TR includes enable functionality and robust protection features such as over-current and over-temperature shutdown.
