Microchip Technology's MIC5310-OOYML-TR is a dual 2.9V fixed output linear voltage regulator. Each channel provides a continuous output current of 150mA with a low dropout voltage of 100mV at 150mA. This LDO regulator features a quiescent current of 120µA and a maximum input voltage of 5.5V. The device offers robust protection through over-current and over-temperature shutdown. Its high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of up to 70dB at 1kHz makes it suitable for noise-sensitive applications. The 8-MLF® (2x2) package facilitates efficient thermal management and compact board layouts. Applications include portable electronics, battery-powered devices, and power management in automotive and industrial systems. The component is supplied in a tape and reel (TR) package.
