Microchip Technology's MIC5310-OOYML-TR is a dual 2.9V fixed output linear voltage regulator. Each channel provides a continuous output current of 150mA with a low dropout voltage of 100mV at 150mA. This LDO regulator features a quiescent current of 120µA and a maximum input voltage of 5.5V. The device offers robust protection through over-current and over-temperature shutdown.
