Microchip Technology's MIC5310-OFYML-TR is a dual, fixed output, low dropout linear voltage regulator. This device provides two independent positive outputs, 1.5V and 2.9V, each capable of delivering up to 150mA. Designed for efficient operation, it features a low quiescent current of 120 µA and a maximum input voltage of 5.5V. The voltage dropout is minimal, rated at 0.1V at the maximum output current for both rails. Integrated protection includes over-current and over-temperature shutdown. The regulator offers excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) performance, ranging from 70dB at 1kHz to 65dB at 20kHz. Control is facilitated by an enable pin. This component is supplied in an 8-MLF® (2x2) package, suitable for surface mounting. Typical applications include portable electronics and battery-powered devices.
