Microchip Technology's MIC5310-MKYML-TR is a dual-output, fixed-voltage, low-dropout linear regulator. This device provides two independent positive voltage outputs, each capable of delivering up to 150mA with a low dropout voltage of 0.1V at 150mA. The regulator features an enable pin for power management and offers excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 70dB to 65dB across the 1kHz to 20kHz frequency range. Protection features include over-current and over-temperature shutdown. The quiescent current is 120 µA, with a supply current of 190 µA maximum. The MIC5310-MKYML-TR is supplied in an 8-MLF® (2x2) package, suitable for surface mounting, and is delivered on tape and reel (TR).
