The Microchip Technology MIC5305-1-5BML-TR is a single-output, positive fixed linear voltage regulator IC. This device delivers 150mA of output current with a fixed output voltage of 1.5V. It features an enable pin for control and offers excellent Power Supply Ripple Rejection (PSRR) ranging from 85dB to 65dB across the 1kHz to 10kHz frequency spectrum.
