The Microchip Technology MIC5264-SSYML-TR is a positive fixed output linear voltage regulator IC. This dual-output device provides two independent 3.3V outputs, each capable of delivering up to 150mA. Featuring a low quiescent current of 2 µA and a low dropout voltage of 0.5V at 150mA, this regulator is optimized for power-sensitive applications. The device includes an enable pin for control and protection features such as over-temperature shutdown and undervoltage lockout (UVLO).
