Microchip Technology MIC5264-SFYML-TR is a dual-output, low-dropout linear voltage regulator. This device provides fixed positive outputs of 1.5V and 3.3V, each capable of delivering up to 150mA. The quiescent current is a mere 2µA, with a supply current of 150µA maximum. The regulator features an enable pin for power sequencing and protection against over-temperature conditions and under-voltage lockout (UVLO). Achieving excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) between 62dB and 64dB from 100Hz to 1kHz, it is suitable for noise-sensitive applications. The voltage dropout is rated at 0.5V for both outputs at their maximum current. The MIC5264-SFYML-TR is supplied in a 10-MLF® (3x3) package, intended for surface mounting, and is delivered in tape and reel. Its performance characteristics make it applicable in portable electronics, automotive systems, and industrial control.
