Microchip Technology's MIC5264-OFYML-TR is a dual-output positive fixed linear voltage regulator. This 10-MLF® (3x3) packaged device provides two independent 150mA outputs, fixed at 1.5V and 2.9V respectively. The regulator features a low quiescent current of 2 µA and a low input current of 150 µA (Max). It offers excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) performance, ranging from 64dB at 1kHz to 62dB at 100Hz, making it suitable for noise-sensitive applications. Protection features include over-temperature shutdown and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). The device operates from an input voltage up to 5.5V and is available in a tape and reel (TR) package for surface mounting. Its low dropout voltage (0.5V at 150mA for both outputs) and high efficiency make it a strong candidate for battery-powered portable electronics and automotive applications.
