Microchip Technology MIC5264-KGYML-TR is a dual-output, fixed voltage linear regulator. This surface mount component provides two independent positive voltage outputs of 1.8V and 2.6V, each capable of delivering up to 150mA. The device features a low quiescent current of 2 µA and a maximum input voltage of 5.5V. Dropout voltage is specified at 0.5V maximum for each output at 150mA. Integrated protection features include over-temperature shutdown and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). The regulator exhibits excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) performance, ranging from 64dB at 1kHz to 62dB at 100Hz. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C. This component is supplied in a 10-MLF® (3x3) package, supplied on tape and reel (TR). Applications include portable electronics and battery-powered devices.
