Microchip Technology MIC5264-JGYML-TR is a dual-output, fixed linear voltage regulator. This device provides two independent positive fixed outputs, 1.8V and 2.5V, each capable of delivering up to 150mA. The regulator features a low quiescent current of 2 µA and a low dropout voltage of 0.5V at 150mA for both outputs. Protection features include over-temperature and under-voltage lockout (UVLO).
