Microchip Technology MIC5255-3-3BML-TR is a fixed 3.3V positive linear voltage regulator with a 150mA output current capability. This device features an ultra-low quiescent current of 150 µA and a low dropout voltage of 0.25V at 150mA, making it suitable for power-sensitive applications. The MIC5255-3-3BML-TR includes an enable pin for shutdown control and offers robust protection features such as over-current, over-temperature, and under-voltage lockout (UVLO). With a PSRR of 60dB to 50dB from 10Hz to 10kHz, it provides excellent noise immunity.
